The X/Y axis on my VPC base respond, but no buttons/axis/LEDs on the grip respond?

Please ensure that the grip is correctly attached to your base. Check our video guide:

Use the VPC Software to ensure that the correct grip profile is loaded using the profile wizard (located on the "PROFILE" tab).
